Richard has over 20 years of experience of consulting in public relations industry. Before joining Metrica he worked in-house for the Royal College of General Practitioners after working for Saatchi and Saatchi’s PR agency, The Rowland Company. He joined Metrica in 1996 and has since built Metrica into an award winning world leader in PR measurement and consultancy.
With Metrica from its infancy, Paul developed many of the unique analysis techniques that have helped it become an industry leader. In particular he pioneered Metrica’s sophisticated reach and frequency and analysis systems and is the go-to person for making sense of complicated measurement conundrums.
Kristin joined Metrica in 2003 with a First Class honours degree in Marketing Communications from Greenwich University. Today she drives the agency’s business strategy and direction and, working closely with the Account Directors, aids the set up and running of accounts, making sure they run smoothly and share best practice.

With a background in media monitoring and evaluation, Jason joined Metrica in 2007 and has responsibility for scoping bespoke media evaluation solutions. Jason’s experience of UK and International clients crosses a range of sectors and includes work with Sony Ericsson, Expedia, Red Bull, Ministry of Justice, HSBC and National Grid.

Specialising in the technology, telecoms and utilities sectors, Gareth Owens has more than ten years experience working in media evaluation in both the UK and US. Heading up Metrica’s Technology and Utilities Team, he oversees a portfolio of global blue chip clients including Canon, eBay and O2.

Paul joined Metrica in 2006 after completing a research Masters at University College Cork. Paul grew his experience as an account manager in the Technology & IT team, before moving across to head up Metrica’s Consumer team in the summer of 2008. Paul now oversees a portfolio of over thirty accounts for major UK and international brands, working on multi-market solutions for both mainstream and social media.

Richard joined Metrica in 2006 with over five years’ experience advising and consulting FTSE-100 level companies on their media monitoring and evaluation requirements. With specialisms in technology and financial services, Rich heads up Metrica’s client operations in the USA from our base in the heart of Silicon Valley, working with clients including AMD, Symantec, SanDisk and Adobe.
Catherine has worked in the media monitoring and evaluation industry for over 13 years, advising clients on how to get the best out of their service and how to be innovative with their communications strategies. In recent years she has specialised in advising government departments/bodies and charities regarding best practice solutions.

Eliot is an Austrian American living in the UK for almost five years, with experience in the PR, IT, Hospitality and water industry.
